We often say "the mat is a mirror" in yoga classes – but how can you tell what it's showing you? These programs use your practice and your body as tools to reflect the areas of your life you want to transform.
Weekly sessions for focused transformation
In this 3-month weekly coaching program, we will use your practice and your body as tools to reflect the areas of your life you want to transform, and begin that transformational work.
Each one-hour session starts with a grounding exercise and check-in, then moves into the coaching conversation, which can include somatic practices, self-reflection, education and more depending on your individual needs.
In three months, you will take the next right step for you, and feel confident in your path forward.
Bi-weekly sessions for deep transformation
Progress is not linear and true transformation takes time. The 6-month bi-weekly program gives you space to identify, plan for and execute your unique transformational plan.
I recommend this program for folks who want to make changes in multiple areas of life. 6 months will give us the time needed to explore the connections between these areas and work through several changes with 2 weeks between sessions for you to implement action steps.
Single Coaching Sessions
Available for folks who have completed a coaching program and need a motivation or clarity boost as they guide themselves through their next step.
