Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 and 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (I like full fat coconut or coconut heavy whipping cream)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Optional add-ins: matcha powder, cinnamon, pumpkin spice mix, or my favorite Georgia Peach spice mix from Savory Spice
Instructions
- Mix wet stuff and any add-in flavors
- Add in chia seeds, stir well
- Store in fridge – best if left overnight before eating
Really good with apple butter or berry compote!
