Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 and 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (I like full fat coconut or coconut heavy whipping cream)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Optional add-ins: matcha powder, cinnamon, pumpkin spice mix, or my favorite Georgia Peach spice mix from Savory Spice

Instructions

  • Mix wet stuff and any add-in flavors
  • Add in chia seeds, stir well
  • Store in fridge – best if left overnight before eating

Really good with apple butter or berry compote!
